During the onset of any project that Dana Consulting
prepares to engage in with our clients will define and evaluate
the course of the project during an introductory meeting. Our objective
is to translate the business ideas and intentions of our clients
into a Project Proposal or Contract defining all the specifications
required for the project. Also, in this stage, a series of project
control procedures are established to maximize the probability of
producing a high quality end product within your budget and to define
tools, methodologies, deliverables and deadlines. We understand
that most companies present "A Spider Web" of interactions between
current systems resulting in increased time and cost to build and
maintain. Dana Consulting understands how important and necessary
it is to develop and implement a methodology and architecture, to
facilitate the integration of current and new applications and technologies.
