With the development of information technology that will be
used on any project, Dana Consulting will provide an experienced
team of professionals, consisting of a Project Manager, Systems
Professional and Application/Software/Database Developers and Design
Engineers as required by the client. Our objective is to manage
the project activities on a daily basis by invoking the control
procedures and techniques established in the Project Proposal or
Contract. This includes monitoring and reporting the project progress,
managing project change and issue resolution, documentation of authorized
changes, planning for subsequent project stages and ensuring the
development of high quality products and solutions for our clients.
