Two decades of building software — and running it

Most development firms build software for other people and then hand it over. We do that too — but we also own and operate four SaaS products of our own. Our teams have spent years on the other side of the relationship: answering support tickets, responding to incidents, deciding what to re-architect, and keeping systems customers depend on available around the clock.

That changes how we build. We are careful about the decisions that are expensive to reverse, direct about the ones that are not worth arguing over, and realistic about what software costs to operate after launch. Clients tend to notice it first in the questions we ask during discovery.

We work with funded startups and midsize companies, mostly in the United States, across every industry — the engineering problems rhyme more than the industries differ. Our deepest technical expertise is in the Microsoft ecosystem: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure, alongside modern web technologies, API and cloud architecture, and current AI and LLM platforms including Azure AI.

Engagements with us tend to be long. A project becomes a roadmap, a roadmap becomes a product, and a product needs support. We are set up for that, and it is the relationship we are looking for.
